Come along and browse the extensive array of goods that will be for sale at our Undercover CAR BOOT SALE this SUNDAY MORNING. 🚘 You’re sure to find something for yourselves or as Christmas presents. Loads of household items, jewellery, clothing, bric a brac, home-made stuff and of course plenty of horse gear. Open to the public from 8 till noon. Coffee available

Toowoomba Swap Meet

Toowoomba Swap Meet

The 2019 Toowoomba Swap Meet will be held on Saturday, 2nd and Sunday 3rd February, 2019.

2019 will be the 47th Toowoomba Swap Meet and it is now counted among the biggest three such events in Australia.

Some of you might not know that it is organised and managed solely by the Darling Downs Veteran & Vintage Motor Club Inc. (DDVVMC).

Each year, our members volunteer to assist in the running of the swap meet; it’s an exciting and rewarding event to be a part of. Anyone interested in being a part of the Club and the Swap should contact our Membership Officer.

Around 15,000 people from the general public attend, including approximately 1,800 Site holders and a volunteer force in the 100’s.

The Swap operating hours are 6am to 6pm, Saturday and 6am to 12 noon Sunday.

Fraser Coast Antiques & Collectables Fair

The Fraser Coast Antiques and Collectables Fair will be held at the Maryborough Showgrounds Pavillion.

Make the weekend drive to visit this fair – and you will find an ENORMOUS and DIVERSE selection of antiques and collectables including Moorcroft, Royal Doulton, Royal Worcester, Beswick and sterling silver, together with fine antique and estate jewellery, glass, bric a brac of every description, furniture, militaria and collectables, coins and numisimatics – TOGETHER WITH VINTAGE AND RETRO.

Open Hours: Saturday 9th 9am -4pm and Sunday 10th 9am – 2pm.

Admission Adults $8, children under 14 FREE.

Plenty of parking, great catering.

Brisbane Antiques Collectable Fair

The Brisbane Antiques and Collectables, Retro and Vintage Fair will be held in the Hibiscus Centre, upper Mount Gravatt.

Visit this fair and you will find an ENORMOUS and DIVERSE selection of collectables together with fine antique and estate jewellery, glass, bric a brac of every description, furniture, militaria and collectables, coins and numisimatics – TOGETHER WITH VINTAGE AND RETRO.

Open Hours: Saturday 6th 9am – 4pm and Sunday 7th 9am – 2pm.

$8 Admission charge applies. Ample parking.

Christmas in Cooroy

The Shed @ Cooroy is proud to once again sponsor Christmas in Cooroy.

Christmas in Cooroy is a free community event hosted by the Cooroy Chamber of Commerce & the Rotary Club of Cooroy and generously supported by our many Sponsors and Volunteers.

The Christmas in Cooroy celebrations kick off with the Carols and the lighting of the Studio Steel Christmas Tree, outside Cooroy RSL @ from 7:00pm – Wrap up – it’s likely to Snow!

The main Christmas in Cooroy events start on Saturday afternoon down around Apex Park, opposite the library with the Cooroy Fish ‘n’ Chips Sack Races and the Cooroy Rag Free Rides and Amusements Plus the John Madill Toyota Animal Farm, the Madill Holden 4WD Mini Jeeps, Free Popcorn thanks to The Leather Doctor and the SPV Accounting Face Painting tent from 4pm.

This year we are holding The Bentleys Great Santa Stroll, where you are invited to dress up as Santa and join in with the street parade.

The Bendigo Bank Street Parade starts at 4:30pm with 40+ floats from local clubs, groups and businesses decorated in the years Christmas in Cooroy theme – making their way through a crowd of thousands up and down Maple Street – look out for the Water!

Immediately after the Bendigo Bank Street Parade, we all move to Apex Park for an evening of Free Entertainment including:

In Apex Park there will be 20+ Food Stalls & Sideshows, Cooroy Hotel Bar, Sideshows, Mower & ATV Solutions Raffle & Much More.

Conveners Tom & Laurie Wall have an excellent reputation spanning 25 years as a well organised fair with a unique mix of dealers – over 150 including The Shed @ Cooroy.

Allow plenty of time to shop the pavilions, outside stalls and main building.

Rare vintage, retro, Mid Century Mod & antique treasures to be found!

Parking is free. Admission to this collectors heaven is $6.

Collectorama Nambour supports the local WILVOS – Wildlife Rescuers.
